Watch this short training to discover the 6 places revenue can break down — and identify what you may need to fix before chasing more leads.
Clarity changes the way you make decisions. Here are a few examples of the kind of shifts women experience through Sonali’s strategy and coaching work.
“Working with Sonali helped me stop looking at my business as a collection of random tasks and start seeing the real revenue bottlenecks. I left with much clearer priorities around my offer, pricing and client conversations.”
“What stood out was the clarity. Instead of simply telling me to market more, Sonali helped me understand where my positioning and offer were creating friction. The decisions suddenly felt much simpler.”
“I had been second-guessing my pricing for a long time. The strategic questions helped me look at value, positioning and buyer fit differently — and gave me much more confidence in how I present my offer.”
“Sonali brings together business strategy and mindset in a very practical way. I came away with clearer actions, stronger confidence and a much better understanding of what actually needed fixing first.”
Check every statement that feels familiar.
If you checked even ONE of these,
you may not need more leads.
You may need to find the leak first.
Instead of guessing whether you need more content,
better ads, a new offer or lower prices,
we look at the
six places revenue typically breaks down
— and identify which one is creating the biggest constraint
in your business.
Once you know that,
your next move becomes much clearer.
You know what to strengthen, what to stop overthinking, and where a small strategic correction could help the revenue you’re already generating work harder.
They simply send more opportunity through the same gaps.
Most revenue problems are not solved by working harder,
posting more or adding another marketing channel.
They are solved by finding the
specific leak
weakening your conversion, pricing, offer, repeat business
or follow-through — and fixing the right one first.
More traffic into a broken system doesn’t create growth. It magnifies the leak.
Imagine knowing exactly which lever deserves your attention next — instead of trying five things at once, spending more on marketing and hoping one of them finally moves your revenue.
If the training reveals a revenue leak you want help diagnosing and fixing, the next step may be a Revenue Diagnostic Call. But that conversation is designed for business owners who are genuinely ready to act on what they discover.
You don’t need another pile of business advice. You need to know what deserves fixing first.
They learn more. Post more. Add more services.
Try another funnel. Lower the price.
Work longer hours.
And yet the revenue still doesn’t reflect
the quality of the work they are already capable of delivering.
Over time, I began noticing the same pattern again and again: the problem was rarely a lack of intelligence, commitment or willingness to work.
Very often, there was simply one weak link somewhere between visibility, the offer, pricing, the sales conversation and what happened after the enquiry.
And when that weak link stays invisible, the natural response is to compensate — by doing more marketing, adding more offers, discounting, over-delivering or blaming yourself.
That’s why my work today is centred around helping women see what is actually holding revenue back, make the right commercial decision, and fix the right thing first.
These stories reflect what becomes possible when women stop guessing, identify the real bottleneck, and begin fixing the right thing first.
